As a psychic medium, experiencer, and starseed, I’ve been given the mission to help prepare humanity for open contact, which will most likely take place between 2027 and 2030. How exciting—yay!
In this article, I’ll share my contact with the Plejaren from planet Erra so you can learn who they are and be prepared to greet them when open contact occurs. Alongside this, I will also share insights on how we can co-create a better world, inspired by these highly advanced civilizations such as the Plejaren.
Extraterrestrials Are Living Among Us
Many extraterrestrial civilizations are not newcomers to Earth—they have always been here. For the most part, they have remained hidden, working behind the scenes to influence humanity. Some of these beings operate with benevolent intentions, while others do not.
Benevolent extraterrestrials, particularly those aligned with The Galactic Federation—guardians who support Earth’s ascension—have recently begun revealing themselves more openly through increased sightings of their crafts.

A widespread spiritual awakening is essential at this time. As human consciousness expands, we raise our collective frequency, empowering us to break free from the limiting forces that are ruling our world and reclaim sovereignty over our lives.
Draco Reptilians and Orion Greys: Not a Conspiracy Theory
It’s important to acknowledge that not all extraterrestrial influences are positive. I once dismissed this idea myself, so I understand how it can sound like science fiction or a conspiracy theory.
However, certain negatively oriented groups, such as Draco Reptilians, Orion Greys, and Archons are believed to operate in ways that suppress human consciousness. They have ways to lower our frequency to make us feel trapped in a negative cycle of separation, fear, stress, despair, poverty, and bad health.
These effects are reinforced through various societal and environmental controlling factors, including war, political parties, tax enforcement, pandemics and vaccine mandates, weather manipulation that’s causing earthquakes and hurricanes, and much more.
Additionally, these beings (and their human puppets) also lower our frequency through spraying our skies with nano-particles, adding GMOs and artificial sweeteners in our food, as well as fluoride in our water, to ensure our bodies are so full of chemicals that we are unable to increase our frequency.
When individuals remain in lower emotional and energetic states, it becomes more difficult to access higher awareness, intuition, and spiritual potential. In this condition, humans may also emit what is described as “loosh”—a form of energy that lower-frequency entities feed on.
What the Ascension to the New Earth Means for Humanity
As more and more people wake up to their unlimited potential and realize they are multidimensional beings with immortal souls, they will regain their memory and spiritual abilities.
We can then come together and stop the 3D prison planet and create a better existence on Earth based on love and unity, where everyone can thrive.
Best of all, these negatively oriented beings can’t exist in a high frequency of love, so they would have to migrate somewhere else or potentially stay in the lower version of Earth (old Earth), whilst most of us ascend to a higher dimensional version of Earth, also called the New Earth by spiritual teacher Dolores Cannon.
In this evolved state, humanity will gain access to advanced healing technologies such as Medbeds, sustainable energy systems, and more equitable economic structures.
Over time, we will also have access to free energy and a new quantum financial system that not only benefits the few but also the masses. Eventually, we will go back to a barter system, and we will no longer need to use any type of money or currency, but that will most likely take hundreds of years.
However, for open contact with extraterrestrial civilizations to occur safely, humanity must reach a certain level of collective awareness. It is often suggested that at least 50% of the population needs to experience a spiritual awakening before such interactions can happen without fear or conflict.
By sharing the transmissions I receive from benevolent civilizations, my intention is to contribute to this awakening and support humanity’s transition toward a higher state of existence.
Why I Receive These Transmissions
Before diving deeper into the Plejaren and their teachings, I’d like to share some background on my own experiences and abilities.
Through telepathic communication with the angelic realm and my star family, I’ve received insights into my soul’s origin and purpose. At the same time, I recommend that you always use discernment when listening to spiritual sources like me, since we are on different levels of our spiritual awakening. Listen within and feel whether the information shared resonates with you or not.
According to these transmissions, my soul lineage traces back to the Anunnaki Anhuhasi Angelics, who later developed into:
- Pleiadians
- Lyrans
- Urmah Feline Beings
- Blue Avians
- Alpha Centurians
- Andromedans
- And many more civilizations!
I identify as a Pleiadian and Alpha Centaurian starseed, having experienced multiple incarnations within these star systems. I also believe that my RH-negative blood type may reflect unique genetic traits linked to this heritage. It also highlights extra-sensory abilities and intuition.
My Psychic Abilities Were Supercharged in 2017
As more elaborately described in my book or in my interview on the Jeff Mara Podcast, the Pleiadians and Urmah Feline Beings started visiting me in 2017 to upgrade my light DNA to activate my psychic and telepathic abilities. They visited me several times per week, working on my energy/light body, which they still do.
Over time, these abilities became clearer and more refined.
Today, telepathic communication feels as natural as a spoken conversation, though it occurs non-verbally. I can also distinguish between different beings based on their energetic signature and communication style.
A transmission typically begins with a distinct sensation—often experienced as a brief, localized headache on either the left or right side of my head.
I’ve observed a pattern: communications from angels, higher-dimensional beings, and spirits tend to register on the left side, while messages from incarnated extraterrestrial intelligence are more commonly felt on the right.
In the early stages of these experiences, I lacked any clear understanding of my galactic background or purpose, which led to confusion and, at times, fear. With time and greater awareness, however, I’ve come to recognize that the majority of these encounters are benevolent in nature.
I now understand my role as both a carrier and transmitter of higher-frequency (4D/5D) consciousness. My purpose is to support the collective ascension to what is often referred to as the New Earth, while also helping to bring healing to individuals and animals navigating this period of transformation.
Who Are the Plejaren From Planet Erra?
Now, let’s turn to the central focus of this article—my transmissions from the Plejaren of planet Erra, also referred to as the “Erra people.”
So, who are they? The Erra people are described as one of five civilizations connected to the Pleiades star system, and they have been in consistent communication with me over the past year.
Based on the information I’ve received, the Pleiades—located within the Taurus constellation—are not physically inhabited due to extreme heat conditions. Instead, planet Erra exists beyond the Pleiades in a different dimensional plane.
The Erra people travel between realms through interdimensional portals, with one such portal believed to be located in Sedona, Arizona.
The Erra civilization operates within a fifth-dimensional reality while holding a sixth-dimensional level of consciousness. They are described as being approximately 8,000 years more advanced than humanity technologically and significantly more evolved spiritually, 30 million years to be exact.
In a recent transmission from James, who is my Pleiadian father, existing in the 9th-dimensional space of Pleiades (not from planet Erra), he explained that they are our ancestors, who helped seed humans along with the Lyrans and some other civilizations, so we are basically their children, and they are our ancestors.
The Pleiadians, or Plejaren, are often described as our guardians—observing humanity as we navigate growth, challenges, and transformation throughout the ascension process on Earth.
Millions of individuals are believed to be Pleiadian starseeds, having chosen to incarnate here to support humanity’s transition into a higher-frequency reality, often referred to as the 4D/5D timeline or the New Earth.
It’s also important to note that Pleiadian starseeds are not alone in this role. Individuals connected to a wide range of extraterrestrial civilizations are said to be present on Earth, each contributing in different ways and with distinct healing capabilities.
Preparing Us for Open Contact
The Plejaren and other advanced civilizations are actively preparing humanity for eventual open contact.
Through individuals and starseeds like myself, they share knowledge intended to raise awareness and readiness.
The Plejaren, along with many other highly evolved extraterrestrial civilizations, are described as being able to perceive human consciousness and energetic frequency. For this reason, they are not expected to make widespread, open contact until a significant portion of humanity—often cited as around 50%—has reached a certain level of spiritual awareness and readiness.
Without this level of preparedness, such an encounter could potentially be met with fear, resistance, or even hostility. Additionally, a sudden shift in long-held belief systems may be overwhelming for many, both emotionally and psychologically—people’s nervous system might be fried, so to speak.
There is also the perspective that once this threshold is reached, it could trigger what is sometimes referred to as the “monkey effect.” A tipping point, where those who have not yet awakened begin to do so more rapidly and organically, influenced by the collective shift in consciousness.
That said, this does not suggest that extraterrestrial contact has never occurred. Many accounts and theories propose that advanced civilizations have interacted with Earth in the past, across multiple earlier human civilizations.
The First Face-to-Face Contactee: Billy Meier
One of the earliest and most widely known individuals associated with Plejaren contact is Billy Meier—a Swiss author and contactee, who reportedly maintained communication with the Plejaren for more than 70 years.
According to his accounts, these interactions began at a very young age, around five years old. Over time, he described being taken aboard their beam ships and traveling to different planets and dimensions alongside them.
His experiences also included accounts of time travel, reflecting what is often described as an advanced level of technology far beyond our current understanding.
In one particularly notable account, Meier claimed to have traveled back in time with a Plejaren woman named Semjase, during which he encountered Jesus—referred to as Emaunel. Those interested can explore more of his experiences through publicly available recordings and materials, often referred to as the “Billy Meier tapes.”
Interestingly, coming across this information again in this video felt like a meaningful confirmation of my own experiences.
Hearing him describe his interactions with the Plejaren from planet Erra confirmed the knowledge I’ve received through transmissions from the “Erra people”—that’s how they present themselves to me.
While I once questioned and sought external validation for these experiences, I’ve since developed a stronger sense of clarity and trust in what I perceive.
How I Sense an Incoming Transmission
As mentioned earlier, my own transmissions typically begin with a noticeable shift in energy, followed by a localized sensation—often a brief headache on either the left or right side of my head. This sensation appears to vary depending on the source of the communication, whether from higher-dimensional realms or beings incarnated on a different planet or star system.
Incarnated beings from different planets are communicating through etheric implants, and if they aren’t adjusted to my frequency, it can be rather painful. I’ve felt them in areas like my nostrils, stomach, jaw, urinary tract, and legs, and they tend to change locations.
When I let them know it hurts somewhere during the transmission, they always let me know they need to adjust the frequency, and the pain goes away. And believe me when I say that I have cursed them out from time to time, asking them to stop and leave me alone because I didn’t sign up for pain.
While I don’t yet fully understand the mechanisms behind this form of communication, I’ve been told that the technology involved is currently beyond the scope of human comprehension. All I’ve been told is that it enables a telepathic channel and that my star family from planet Ana eXon are in pods while connecting with me—so a kind of phone booth in a way. Pretty cool.
Life on Planet Erra
Let’s take a closer look at the Plejaren from planet Erra—an advanced civilization that is often described as one of the first likely candidates for open contact with humanity in the years ahead, potentially beginning around 2027 and beyond.
Through my transmissions, I’ve connected with two individuals from Erra, named Saet and Kat. During these interactions, I had the opportunity to ask questions about their society, lifestyle, and the principles that guide their world, offering a fascinating glimpse into a very different way of living.
According to what I’ve been told, the Plejaren have significantly longer lifespans than humans. They can live up to approximately 300 years, which would translate to well over 1,000 years in our time measurement. In higher-dimensional states, their lifespan can extend even further, reaching up to 600 years.
Physically, they are described as humanoid beings with features often associated with Nordic or Scandinavian appearances—blond hair, fair skin, and blue eyes—just like me.
They are generally slender and fit, well-proportioned, and similar in overall structure to humans, but taller, around 5-7 inches tall.
Their civilization is both advanced and balanced. While they have developed large cities on planet Erra, many prefer a quieter lifestyle in more natural, countryside settings.
The population is said to be around 450 million, and they maintain a conscious approach to sustainability by limiting family size to a maximum of three children.
What stands out most is not just their level of advancement, but the intentional design of their society—something that offers meaningful inspiration for how we might evolve here on Earth.
Lifestyle, Economy, and Governance on Planet Erra
One of the most striking aspects of life on planet Erra is their approach to economics and daily living. There is no traditional currency system. Instead, the Plejaren operate within a barter-based model that emphasizes contribution, balance, and shared responsibility.
Work, as we know it, is also fundamentally different. The Erra people typically dedicate around two hours per day to some form of service—whether that involves supporting their community, caring for the environment, or contributing in other meaningful ways. Beyond that, they are free to spend their time as they choose, allowing for a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
Flexibility is another key element of their system. Individuals are not confined to fixed roles or repetitive tasks; instead, they can choose how they contribute on a daily basis, as long as their efforts support the collective well-being of society.
In return, all essential needs, such as food, clothing, and other resources, are provided for free. These are delivered efficiently via advanced transportation systems, often described as beam ships, eliminating the need for roads, traffic, or traditional infrastructure. As a result, their environment remains completely free from pollution.
Each household is said to have access to its own beam ship, while larger spaceports handle broader travel and cargo distribution.
Even their architectural design reflects a deeper awareness of energy flow.
Homes are typically built in rounded or cylindrical shapes, which are believed to support a more harmonious energetic environment—unlike the more angular, cornered structures commonly found on Earth.
Governance on planet Erra is guided by a single council composed of highly evolved beings—often described as wise elders who exist in both physical and non-physical states. Rather than enforcing rigid control, this council serves as a source of guidance, offering insight and direction based on a deep level of spiritual awareness.
What makes their system particularly unique is that adherence is not mandatory. There is no imposed authority in the way we might understand it on Earth. Instead, individuals choose to follow the council’s guidance because of the trust and respect they hold for their wisdom and level of evolution.
Now, we’ll move on to taking a look at what lies extra close to my heart and what I hope our society can learn from the Plejaren.
No Animal Slaughter Needed, Despite Being Carnivores
Their approach to food and sustainability is equally advanced. While their diet includes fruits, vegetables, and meat, they have eliminated the need for animal slaughter entirely.
Through highly developed technology, they are able to grow meat in laboratory environments using accelerated cell cultures—creating a system that supports both nourishment and compassion for the animal kingdom.
This aspect of their society reflects a broader commitment to ethical living and environmental harmony—an approach that could offer valuable inspiration for how we evolve our own systems here on Earth.
According to the transmissions I’ve received, sharing these ways of living is part of their intention. Through ongoing communication and eventual contact, they aim to support humanity in transitioning toward more balanced, sustainable, and conscious ways of life.
Language and Relationships on Erra
Communication on planet Erra is both structured and unified. Their primary language is known as Sarat, while a shared language called Santi is used across all six civilizations within the Pleiadian system.
This common language allows for seamless interaction and collaboration between different planetary groups, often referred to collectively as federations.
I’m being downloaded with the Santi language at night to hopefully be able to speak their language once they arrive. When waking up in the middle of the night, I often see strange symbols, letters, and geometrical symbols in front of my eyes. These symbols are being downloaded into my mind to make me remember Santi from when I had my incarnation on Ana eXon.
Their approach to relationships is also notably different from what we experience on Earth. Rather than dating, partners are chosen before incarnation (as we do, but with the amnesia on Earth, we forget), and then they know how to call on their partners telepathically so that they find each other.
While this concept may feel unfamiliar, it reflects a deeper level of alignment and intention within their society.
Although they do not practice marriage in the traditional sense, they do honor committed partnerships through a form of pair-bonding ceremony. These relationships tend to be long-lasting, often spanning decades or more, supported by their extended lifespans.
While procreation is similar in principle to human reproduction, it is described as a more energetically and spiritually aligned process.
In terms of lifestyle, physical well-being remains important. Many individuals maintain their fitness through personal routines, often utilizing home-based spaces rather than centralized gyms. At the same time, they have a variety of social environments where they gather, connect, and engage with their communities.
Their relationship with animals also reflects a strong sense of harmony and trust. Pets are not confined in the same way they often are on Earth; instead, they are free to move about as they choose. This is made possible in part by the absence of traffic and environmental hazards, allowing animals to exist safely within their surroundings.
Approach to Physical Appearance Enhancement on Erra
I was also curious about how the Plejaren approach physical appearance and whether enhancement or plastic surgery is something they explore, much like many of us do on Earth.
From what I’ve learned, some individuals do choose to enhance certain aspects of their appearance. However, their methods are far more advanced and non-invasive.
Rather than surgical procedures, they utilize technology that can grow biological tissue externally and integrate it seamlessly, eliminating the need for cutting into the body as we do in modern medicine.
I’ve also been told that humanity may soon be introduced to technologies capable of reversing aspects of the aging process without relying on traditional cosmetic procedures. While this may sound ambitious, it reflects the broader theme of advancement and evolution that continues to come through in these transmissions.
You may have also come across the concept of MedBeds—often described as highly advanced healing technologies that work with the body’s energetic frequency to support natural regeneration. These systems are said to assist the body in restoring balance and promoting healing in ways that extend beyond conventional medical approaches. Hopefully, we’ll get access to these MedBeds already this year or next.
