Once the session concludes, Stina will call or email you (whatever you prefer) to reveal her findings, including which areas were cleared, where the healing took place, and whether there were any messages from loved ones, spirit guides, or ancestors. Sessions typically take 45–60 minutes.

I had a really positive experience with Stina, her remote energy healing session. I went into the session feeling like I was energetically out of balance, particularly around my lower chakras, and wanting to release some old attachments.
