Have you ever wondered why some people seem to manifest opportunities effortlessly while others struggle despite doing everything they’re told? From a spiritual perspective, manifestation is often described as a process of aligning your thoughts, emotions, intentions, and energy with the reality you wish to create.

But there is another important element: your energy chakras and aura have to be cleared of energy blocks and entity attachments to be able to flow freely and allow manifestations to come in quickly. If you have chakra blocks, the energy can’t flow freely and your emotional and physical body don’t feel well enough to attract what you want to create.

Additionally, if you have negative entity attachments, they can cause you bad luck and make you doubt yourself so that you’re blocking your highest manifestations. Stina says,

“Remember that the low-frequency beings’ goal is to lower your frequency and make you feel despair, fear, anger, sadness, and anxiety so they can feed off the loosh energy you create in these low states. They can also make you physically ill – they’ll do anything to get access to their food source.”

You might find this difficult to believe. It was hard for me to believe that it was true at first, too, until I became aware of what was going on. Consider this… Have you ever felt how the energy in the room changed? A burst of nausea or uneasiness hit you – your mood dropped for no reason? You might even heard someone speaking into your mind something negative, like “You’re useless,” or “You’re not good enough to get that position at work,” “You look fat in those jeans,” and so forth.

That’s Archons in action, doing their best to put you in a low state so they can get their food. They can also cause you to drink too much alcohol, smoke, and use drugs. They can do this without us knowing it because they reside in a different dimension. They vibrate on a different frequency that’s invisible to our naked eye.

In summary, we have to be on a high frequency to be able to manifest and create our dream life. A sign you’re on a high frequency is that you feel happy, carefree, passionate, and brave. Removing chakra blocks and negative attachments helps you reach this state naturally because your energy is flowing freely and your energy body and physical body are in alignment.

🌈 What Are Chakra Blocks, and How Do They Affect Your Energy?

Your chakras are traditionally described as seven primary energy centers running from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. According to ancient spiritual traditions, each chakra is associated with different aspects of your physical, emotional, and spiritual experience.

Entity attachments are a summary of Archons, discarnate spirits (disembodied souls or spirits of the deceased), Jinns, demons, negatively oriented extraterrestrials and other energetic influences that attach themselves to a person’s aura or energy field and drain the person’s life force. These entities are also described as lower-frequency entities, residual energetic imprints, or spiritual interference.

Stina means that “Negative entity attachments can follow you through lifetimes and be associated with past-life experiences, unresolved karmic patterns, or negative intentions.“

People can pick them up while visiting graveyards, hospitals, haunted houses, or simply while doing everyday things like grocery shopping or going to the gym. Low-frequency entities are everywhere where people are.

Additionally, if you’re an angelic soul, starseed, or lightworker, you’ll be prone to attacks to dim your light. There are negatively oriented extraterrestrials, called the Draco Reptilians, Orion Grays, and Archons, who are trying to stop the ascension of the Earth to a 5D dimensional awareness of love and unity, called “The New Earth,” so they target lightworkers who are here to hold the true frequency of love and help other people awaken to who they are — powerful spiritual beings/souls having a human experience.

Why Do They Interfere With Us?

Negative entity attachments create negative states of fear, grief, rage, despair, pain, and illness because we send out an energy called loosh that they feed off. In other words, they harvest our life force energy for their selfish needs and gains.

If not cleared, entity attachments can cause emotional and physical symptoms such as:

• Feeling emotionally drained or unusually heavy
• Feelings of extreme rage, anger, or sadness
• Experiencing persistent negative thought patterns

People with addictions who are heavy drinkers, drug users, or sex addicts are especially susceptible to negative entity attachments. Any type of addiction lowers your frequency and creates breaks in your aura, which makes it easier for low-frequency entities to attach to your energy field and drain your life force.

That’s why people with addictions often have a hard time getting clean. These entities can manipulate people to drink or use even more drugs so that they can keep their food source — more loosh energy. Disincarnated spirits who used to have addictions when they were alive can also attach to you to feel the sensation of being drunk or high again, confusing your own energy. You basically take on this spirit’s bad energy and addictive behaviors as well.

It becomes almost impossible for the person to recover because unseen forces are making them feel worse, causing them to drink or use drugs even more. Clearing these negative entities and spiritual attachments can help ease the cravings and increase the person’s overall well-being. They will feel a sense of empowerment, freedom, and lightness from not having anything interfering with their energy, making them stronger and more likely to succeed with their recovery journey.

🌿Can Chakra Blocks and Entity Attachments Cause Physical Pain or Illness?

This is an important question because the connection between emotional well-being and physical health is complex. We know that prolonged stress can affect the body in significant ways. Stress may contribute to muscle tension, headaches, sleep difficulties, digestive discomfort, and fatigue. Even worse, stress causes inflammation in the body, which can lead to serious illnesses such as cancer and autoimmune diseases.

Additionally, our emotional and physical experiences are deeply interconnected. In spiritual traditions, these connections are sometimes described through the language of chakra imbalances or stagnant energy. For example:

• Root Chakra: Associated spiritually with grounding, security, and the lower body
• Sacral Chakra: Associated with emotional expression, creativity, and the pelvic region
• Solar Plexus Chakra: Associated with personal power and the abdominal region

There’s currently no reliable scientific evidence that blocked chakras or negative entities directly cause disease, chronic pain, or other physical symptoms. Where to begin...I wish I could give this more than 5 stars because Stina's work is one-of-a-kind.

I came across Stina's page on Google a few weeks ago and felt the draw to reach out to her. As soon as I connected with her via phone call I knew she was the person that could finally help me (I actually got full body chills when talking with her over the phone - in a good, warming way).

For a general background, I have been experiencing unexplainable pain, extreme exhaustion, sickness and an overall feeling of not myself. I was struggling every single day for the last ten months, sleeping until 5 pm and feeling like I was very lost in terms of how to get out of this hole I was in. The third session was something like I never experienced before - moving, grounding and fulfilling. She truly worked her magic to help me, and was successful. She told me I should start finally feeling better in about two days as I adjust to the work. After the third session (which was yesterday), I haven't felt this much energy in my body and soul since this episode started 10 months ago. I feel as if I finally have my 'old' self back, and it has brought me to happy tears.

Stina is the most compassionate, caring, considerate, kind, thoughtful person, soul and healer I have ever crossed paths with. I had a really positive experience with Stina, her remote energy healing session. I went into the session feeling like I was energetically out of balance, particularly around my lower chakras, and wanting to release some old attachments. The session itself was calming and gave me a lot to reflect on.
